Vaginal Discharge and Vaginal Dryness – Symptoms of Infection

A certain amount of vaginal discharge is a normal occurrence. It is clear and odourless. This is also needed to keep the vagina lubricated to keep certain types of bacteria away, or else it might also lead to vaginal dryness which comes along with its own complications. However, a certain kind of discharge may point out an infection as well. Heavy yellowish or green vaginal discharge with foul smell is the symptom of a vaginal infection caused by either bacteria or yeast. If you have these symptoms, it’s time to visit your gynaecologist.
